Thank you for purchasing Segals Outdoor Furniture. Segals are a family owned and run business that pride ourselves on excellent customer service and quality goods. We have a dedicated trained customer team on hand to resolve all of your after sales concerns and all warranty applications.

Please complete the form below for all warranty applications. In the message please list any items/parts of the set that have been affected.

When attaching the pictures please include a picture of the complete setting/item including any cushions insitu, and pictures of the damage or warranty claim.

Alternatively you can email us at customer.care@segals.com.au, so we may assist promptly please include your sales order number, current contact details, details of how we can assist, phone number, pictures of the complete setting/item including cushions insitu, pictures of the damaged items, and list what items have been affected. One of our helpful team will be in contact within 5 days.

You must advise us within 7 days when a defect is identified as failure to do so may adversely affect your rights to a remedy if your failure to advise us causes additional damage or defects in the Product. Segals will repair or replace, at its sole option, any goods which, upon inspection by Segals prove to have failed in normal use due solely to a defect in workmanship or material. This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This warranty will not cover damage caused or contributed by carelessness, lack of maintenance, departure from care and maintenance advised, improper installation, misuse, abuse or use for purposes other than that for which the goods were designed. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, Segals is not liable for direct, consequential, indirect, alteration, incidental or special loss or damage resulting from carelessness, improper installation, misuse, abuse or use for purposes other than that for which the goods were designed.

Proof of Purchase

A proof of purchase is required for all warranty applications.
For a prompt processing of application the sales order number is preferable. Should this not be able to be located we can accept a Credit Card or Bank Statement showing Segals merchant description, the date, and amount of the sale. We will also require the name as shown on the original receipt , and suburb as shown on the original receipt.
Segals will make every effort to locate transaction receipts through our system if lost or misplaced, however this is not always possible. Segals will only accept a bank or credit card statement if the amount on that statement directly corresponds to the amount at which the product in question was purchased. Please note multiple item purchases in one transaction will limit our ability to establish proof of purchase.
