Proof of Purchase warranty claims will take longer to process than those that provide the sales order.

If Sales order is located in the interim please email this to warranty@segals.com.au

A copy of the submission form will be sent to our warranty team AND the email address you have entered. This should be received within 3-4 hours in your inbox.
If this is not received then please check your spam and junk folder, and move to your inbox. This will ensure the reply is sent to your inbox.
If the email has not arrived within 3-4 hours please email info@segals.com.au and they can help ensure the correct email address has been entered and resend the email.

All warranties are processed exclusively by our warranty team. We apologise the in store team members are unable to assist with warranties or provide updates.
