New Purchased items

Our customer care team  can assist with any faults, discrepancies, missing parts or other issues with your newly arrived furniture. One of our helpful team will be in contact within 2 business days via email with a complete resolution. Please complete the form below once all items have been unpackaged and checked. If the email is regarding damaged items, please upload a picture using the form below. Without a picture we are unable to action anything so please include for a prompt remedy.

If you would like to collect or exchange parts at our warehouse prior to 48 hours please call the manager of the store of purchase.

If the item has cosmetic damage, then please continue to use the item until a replacement can be this will not effect the claim in any way.

  • I have unpacked and checked all items prior to lodging this form. If no, please unwrap and check all items prior to contacting customer
  • Reply Preference, please ensure that all requested information has been received. Once all received a team member can call to discuss further. If further information is required this will be requested via email.
